Build for the team that inherits it
Most production systems are read more often than they're written. I optimize for the engineer six months from now reading the code at 2am.
I'm Syed Ali Naqi. Technical Solutions Architect, working remotely with US, EU, and global teams. Cloud-native systems, microservices, DevSecOps, and — increasingly — AI integration into existing enterprise stacks.
I started as a software engineer in 2015, building C# / ASP.NET APIs and Angular frontends. Over the next nine years I moved up through senior and lead roles into solutions architecture, working on multi-cloud platforms, observability systems, and digital-transformation builds across industries.
Most of that work is now under NDA — anonymized case studies are on the Work page. The headline numbers: 60% deployment time reduction via CI/CD, 40% data transfer reduction via integration tuning, 30% scalability gains via microservices design.
These days I focus on the seam between cloud-native systems and AI — helping teams ship LangChain, LangGraph, and managed AI services on AWS, Azure, and GCP into production .NET, Go, and React stacks without rewriting them. If your team has a working system and a backlog of "we should add AI here," that's the work I want.

Especially for AI integration. Production agents earn complexity. POCs don't.
ISO, HIPAA, SOC2 — these shape architecture. They don't define it. Hit the bar without making the system worse.
